Why camera raw have more lenses profile than lightroom
for example, i can use samyang 14mm lens correction in camera raw, but i can't find it in lightroom.
there are any way to get lightroom read every lens profile that is in camera raw?

For this lens you need to have at least LR 6.4.
It looks as if you have upgraded ACR to later than 9.4 but did not upgrade LR. Please upgrade LR to the latest version 6.10.1.
You can use the updater from LR or the CC desktop app (if you have CC) or use the direct download from here: Download Photoshop Lightroom

Nope, because in-camera jpg can be different to raw and therefore this can't be done with one single profile.
However, you can try if it works for you by copying a raw profile and change it's data with an editor to allow it to apply for jpg - your mileage regarding quality may vary.
Let us know if you are interested ... I'll then try to dig up the guide
