Buenas, después de haber leído bastante por internet y foros y ninguna me ha servido he decidido abrir el hilo (ya he leído posts como este: https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/kb/startup-screen-hangs-premiere-after.html ). He iniciado la versión de prueba de After Effects y me ha salido este error. Decidme, por favor, toda la información que tengo que aportar para que me podáis ayudar porque yo soy muy iniciado en esto. Os avanzo que yo ya tenía el CS6 y nunca me ha salido este error. He instalado y desinstado varias veces y por diferentes fuentes, esta captura no sé si es de la última versión pero ninguna me ha funcionado. Muchas gracias y os leo.

That is not the latest version. The latest version is 14.2.1

I would suggest updating first.

I add some pictures about the last link errors. This is how I have the configuration:

Permissions and TCP:

Permisos aplicaciones.jpg

TCP.jpg(I don't know why I have 4 times each file, I suppose it's because of the reinstalls)

I have this in the libraries folder and I have uninstalled Quicktime

libraries.jpg

Could it be a requirement issue? xD...

Btw, how can spoiler or hide the images?

After looking for support in this forum and others I didn't find a helpful answer and I gave up.

Two (or three) weeks later I tried to open it through a project (not launching the program) and it magically worked. No Windows updates, no updates of related programs (by my understanding)... Sorry but I can't tell more, I simply continue using my computer as always and after a time it started working
