Getting new Memory need hints

Hey folks, im upgrading my pc...and the only question that i have is "which memory should i get ?"
i will give you all an example k ?

should i get one set with 16gb ( 2x8 )  4133mhz or one set with 32gb ( 2x16 ) with 3200mhz?

Here is some reading about clock speeds

more mhz = better performance? - [Solved] - Memory

As for 2 x 8gs or 2 x 16gs   Apart from what Myl said there's possible future upgrades to think about. If you ever plan on going up to 64gigs  your only option is 4 x 16g dimms.  So I'd say it's better to go with 2 x 16g sticks that way you retain the option to go to 64g without having to eat the cost of the 8gig dimms
