PS CC 2017 is not starting

I installed CC LR and PS using Adobe Photo Abo but PS does not start. LR is fully functionable. I reinstalled both programmes becouse it was recommended to solve the problem but it is still the same probleme. OS ist Win10 prof.

Could please anybody help?

Try to update Windows Runtime librarys, following this instructions and downloads: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2999226/update-for-universal-c-runtime-in-windows , That should work for You.

Thank you so much for the hint! It took me two hours to find the right exe-file, but then it took only five seconds to install it. Even whithout reboot win my PS CC 2017 started. Using the following link would be the fastest way to get it.
