Hi, How can I transfer my Adobe product on new lap top

What Adobe product are we talking about? If it's something with a subscription (CC or Acrobat DC), you can just install it on the new computer and log in with your Adobe ID. For other things, you need to deactivate the software on the old computer, install on the new one and then activate with your license key.
