Did followed their directions, uploaded the picture in Facebook, however doesnt converted into 360' degree photo. Did I miss something?
Mine is Photoshop CS6 (64bits)

The easiest way to get the metadata correctly is to download the template. Click the link 360template
Open the Template in Photoshop and copy your image into the template. Save it and then upload to your facebook page.

Critical steps are using the right aspect ratio and adding the right metadata, and not going more than the maximum upload size of 6000 pixels wide by 3000 pixels high.
Does your image conform to those requirements?

I did typed in exact 6000 pixels wide by 3000 pixels height. But I dont know what is metadata?

Metadata is information about the file. Normally the camera you used to take the photo will put in metadata. However, in this case, unless your camera can take 360 degree panoramas (mine can't), then you need to change the metadata.
In your second link, http://photoshopcafe.com/facebook-360-panorama-VR it is explained exactly how to do that. Go to 8 minutes in the video to find that information. He explains that you can either use the template he provides -- you would paste you image into his template -- or you can go to a web site to add the meta data.
