I can't access my document cloud or create a PDF on my iPad app. I get the following error message NSURLEerror domain - 1200. It also says I have an internet connection issue which is not there. It works fine on my iPhone. I have log out and in and reloaded the app. No help. I appear to have an active subscription. Any ideas ?

Hi Alastairw88379641,

As the message appears, it seems that there is some web protection installed on your device which is blocking the app to connect with the server? If there is any antivirus installed then you may turn it off for a while and check.

Try login in online on document cloud via https://cloud.acrobat.com/test77 and see whether you are able to login or not?

Also, try rebooting the device once.

Regards,

Akanchha
