Adobe Reader XI and DC

Hi Guys,

I have a user that users both XI and DC pro versions who is trying to use the preview panel for pdfs in windows 10 explorer and outlook emails. Now I know the DC version has removed this function. Is there anyway to make the XI version display the previews as it seems that the DC version keeps overwriting the settings for the pdf document handler.

This is exactly the danger of having multiple versions of the same application installed. They can conflict with each other and overwrite each other's settings, especially when it comes to things like integration with the OS. Unless you have a really good reason to have both versions installed at the same time on the same machine, I would remove one of them (actually, I would remove both and then re-install the version I want to keep).
