Hello there you kind people!

I have a strange problem with Photoshop. Trying to make GIFs and it has worked before, but suddenly when I try to export and save to wed the "save to web" is written in grey and I can not choose that option from the drop out list anymore! 😛

I just cannot figure out how to finish that gif now that the text is grey... Would someone please help me?

Thank you so much!

Hello there!

I am using CS6 on Windows. 64 bit. I haven't updated recently. Here is a picture. As you can see, the "save to Web" text is grey.

Thank you so much for helping!

Is this an animated GIF or a static GIF?

If animated, how many frames are in your Timeline?

Hello!

It's animated. I think it is a little over 2 seconds but I tried to make it significantly shorter and the " save to Web" texts still is grey... 😛

Thank you for helping in any case!

It looks like only the top layer is selected... What happens when you select all of the layers? Did this just stop working for  you?

Hi,

I tried this with all layers selected, but not working.

I think the problem must be within the project itself, as I have tried to do this with a couple other computers at work for example, but the problem remains.. 😮

hhmmm... strange indeed!

Hi I have same problem with Johanna, exactly same.

I use Photoshop cs6, Windows 7 (64-bit)

The article is not so helpful ....Anyone have the solution for this, this problem driving me crazy.

So i created new blank canvas in Photoshop. I animated it a little bit. The " Save for web" button isn't grey anymore. It worked !

I get back to my current animiation image and want to export it as .GIF . The "Save for web button" is grey again.

Maybe the problem is my file ...
