Lightroom "No responde" al importar

Buenos días

Cuando quiero importar fotos con el LR, a la que entro al menú de importar (Con el atajo de teclado o con el "botón", da igual), deja de responder y no hay forma de poder importar fotos nuevas, ni desde la tarjeta, ni desde la camara con el cable, ni copiandolas en el disco duro y arrastrandolas al LR...

May I know the version of Lightroom you are using?

If Lightroom stops responding while importing it is because two reasons:-

• Any external device connected to your computer, Try disconnecting Phone, card, camera, external drive and then import.
• Importing to an invalid destination where you do not have the rights to read/write.Expand the destination panel in Lightroom import window and change the destination to "Desktop" and check if you're able to import.
