LR closes as soon as I try to make adjustments to my pics

LR opens perfectly, but as soon as I start to crop, it blocks out and closes, saying "adobe Photoshop Lightroom dejo de funcionar. El programa dejo de funcionar correctam,ente por un problema. Windows cerrara el programa y le notificara si existe una solucion"

So Windows closes the program and I'm in a circle: I open, it closes....

What should I do?

I could try to de-install and re-install, but do not know how?

I trully need LR for several photo asignments I still have to retouch...

Hi aranzazucastresana,

May I know the version of Lightroom you are using?

Please uncheck "Use graphics processor" under Preferences>Performance and let us know if that helps. See Adobe Lightroom GPU Troubleshooting and FAQ
