how do you save a secured pdf to document cloud?

I purchased a .pdf from a website and when i downloaded it, it was "SECURED". I don't want to edit the document, only save it to my Document Cloud so I can view it on my phone as well. Can anyone help?

You should still be able to do that, even if the file is secured.

I was able to save it to my document cloud on my phone but not on my pc. I dont know why, but for now... crisis averted.
