GPU acceleration in InDesign cc 2017 does not work, with photoshop cc 2017 work perfectly

The requirements for GPU are different for InDesign. In addition to the fact that it requires a Mac with the proper GPU, you must have a Retina Display (HiDPI):

I'm not sure what you're asking. Either you combination of GPU and monitor will work or it will not. There is no way to force it to work.

Adobe you should be working on this. I have a 2013 MacPro with dual d500 GPU's and an Eizo CG277 Monitor...which is the pinnacle of graphic design monitors. I can't enable GPU performance?! Retina monitors do not have near the color accuracy of Eizos. This is ridiculous. I have more than enough power, let me utilize it. Your requirements are not valid.
