Premiere Clip Split Screen?

Dose anyone know can I create a split screen effect with 2 video clips side by side with Adobe Premiere Clip?

Adobe Premiere Clip is a very basic editor for your smartphone, I'm 99.99% sure it doesn't have this function.

Whenever I think of an idea like you have I usually search the app store to see if perhaps another app might accomplish what you want. Then I would build the clip and export it to my camera roll and import it in to  Premiere Clip to finish up my edit.
