How to stop error message "enumerated value inactive, fault on line 11037"?

i installed adobe acrobat 9 for user. when user opens a web pdf she gets error message "enumerated value inactive, fault on line 11037" can anyone explain how to stop this error message. again i am on ADOBE ACROBAT 9. i have called adobe they have told me they are of no help and to ask my computer for help so here i am.
