Getting Error in Application Loader: "There is no DTAppAnalyzerExtractor executable defined."

I'm uploading a new build of an app and got this error while trying to upload it using Application Loader 3.6

I can't find anything about this error anywhere else. The error triggers almost immediately after hitting "Next" on the loader.

The Android version built fine and deployed without issue.

Was getting this error with Application Loader 3.6, but using Application Loader 3.0 worked for me, strangely.
