Saving new brush presets

I set up a new brush preset and wanted to save it into my brushes folder in photoshop and it wouldn't let me. It said I needed to contact an administrator to get the permission. Strange part is, it's my computer and my copy of photoshop. How can I get around this issue?

Odd,Photoshop is the one app I don't run as Admin and I haven't had that. You could try running Ps as admin, aslo, make sure your account is set to admin and not guest.

Here's the even weirder thing, I am under the admin account on my computer

Try to right-click on Photoshop and choose "Run as Administrator". Even if you're administrator of your own computer it usually helps!
