Lightroom is not working when i try to copy/past settings

Good evening! Can you help me) I have a problem with lightroom: When i try to copy/past settings, or synchronize settings, or create a new preset, LR dont ask, and freezes, and i can't working and switch off the program.  I can switch off the LR only with task manager.

Which version of Lightroom are you using?

Does it help if you uncheck "Use graphics processor" in Preferences>Performance menu?

Lightroom version:  CC 2015, version: 6.3.

I was try to uncheck "use graphics processor", but it is not help(((

Please reset Lightroom preferences to default Resetting Preferences in Lightroom CC/6

Backup your catalog before resetting How to back up catalogs in Lightroom
