All of my PDF documents went black. What is the solution?

What software are you viewing them in when they are black? Is it Reader or Acrobat or InDesign or...?

I am in adobe acrobat. It just started this morning. I used it all day yesterday.
It seems to be everything I have scanned looks like there is a black page over all the content.
Go to Edit - Preferences - Page Display and make sure that "Show large images" is ticked.
Where is Edit-Preferences?
In the menu bar at the top of the window. If you're on a Mac then the Preferences are under the Acrobat menu, though.
