Hallo zusammen,

muss ich bei einem Blogeintrag den Bildnachweis eines gekauften Bildes von Adobe Stock angeben? Falls ja, können Sie mir ein Beispiel nennen, wie dieser korrekt auszusehen hat?

Liebe Grüße,

Anna Zichler

Moving to Adobe Stock

Hi Thomas,

The photo credit needs to be put directly on the image in a visible location and must read © artist name - stock.adobe.com

Hope that helps!

Sheena

Hi Sheena,

so it's not enough to put © artist - stock.adobe.com at the end of the image description directly below?

Thanks!

Hi Sheena,

the terms are quite vague in describing the exact positioning.

(2) for all Works used in an editorial manner, you must display the credit line or attribution in conjunction with the Work and in this format: “Author Name/stock.adobe.com” or as designated on the Adobe Stock website;

The answer you gave Thomas refers to the social media use of stock material.

Thanks,
Julian

Julian,

You are right!

We have recently introduced our editorial content on Adobe Stock and therefore you see the difference in the license terms as per our updated collection.

This answer provided to Thomas was posted quite before the launch of editorial content.

Hope that helps!

Hi Sheena,

is it then fine to put the Copyright/Credit Information below the picture?
Furthermore, would it also be okay to put the credit for the title picture at the end of the text? My Blog doesn't show a description below the image for the title image and putting the credit onto the picture doesn't really look good.

Thanks,
Julian

So can you, as representative of Adobe in this conversation say that it is okay to put the credit below the photo or below the article?
Your terms of usage are so vague that I would like to have a proper understanding of the official point of view before becoming a subscriber

There are other agencies that are a bit more straight forward and have clearer terms of usage, but I quite like your pictures.
