Image sequence options

Hello and thank you all.  I'm reconnecting an animation project in after effects.  I have a psd with the key frames as layers.  For example elbow 1 elbow 2 and so on.  When I try to reload it in after effects it brings them in as sequences.  I just want to bring them in as individual layers.  Any help on this would be much appreciated.

When you say you are reloading it, could you describe your exact steps?

Can you show us screenshots of what happens?
