Why should we have to pay for a plan to reactivate our expired credits that we already paid for? Isn't there another way to reactivate those?

Hi Jake,
Unfortunately there is no other way to reactivate the expired credits because they were valid for an year only. To reactivate the expired credits you would have to purchase any of the Adobe Stock plans here Adobe Stock pricing and membership plan | Adobe Stock

Hi - follow up question.
How will my approx 70 photos show up?
Will I be limited to using only 4 per month if I opt to sign up for a month of Adobe Stock?

Hi Jake,
As soon as you subscribe to one of the Adobe Stock plans the approx 70 photos will show up in your account and you will be able to use them as desired whereas the assets covered under the Adobe Stock plan will depend upon the subscription you purchase.
Hope this helps!
