Hello,

I purchased all of the CC applications earlier this month... all of them installed except for Photoshop. Every time I click install, it will start the process, show the bar at 0% for a few seconds, jump to 99%, then 100%. After it reaches 100%, it gives a notification that says it has installed, and then it will change the "Open" button to "Install" once more. I updated my computer, installed & uninstalled CC, etc. It has nothing to do with laptop space because my laptop has 250GB free. Is there any other way I can fix it?

Hi monicap,

Please sign out and sign in from the creative cloud desktop app and check if that helps.

If the above solution doesn't help then use the Adobe Cleaner Tool and remove all the Adobe applications, restart the machine and reinstall the creative cloud desktop app and install Photoshop.

Adobe Cleaner Tool: Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

Creative Cloud Desktop app: Download Creative Cloud desktop app
