Where do

Change all system settings on the VM - that's all the window
colours and
appearance settings etc. This sets all the colours you are
capturing to the
most simple.

You could also set the VM software settings to 16-bit or even
8-bit. There's
no need for you to change the screen settings of the machine
running
Captivate.
