I want to change the location I'm taken to when I select "Save As" instead of selecting 4 locations first before I get to the one where I want my document to go.
Not possible, unfortunately. You can put a link in the default folder to where you want to save your files, and then you'll just be a double-click away from it...

How do I put a link in the default folder?

By "link" I mean shortcut... If you're on a Windows machine, right-click
inside the folder and select New - Shortcut and then the folder you want to
link to.

Or ctrl+alt+drag the folder you want to save to into the default location.
