A broken Laptop with Photoshop installed in

Hello everybody,

One week ago, I accidentally broke my laptop. On my old Laptop I have an 1 year prepaid subscription for Photoshop and Lightroom. Can I download these two programs on my new laptop with the same subscription?

You are allowed two installations per license, so if the other other installation was on the disabled laptop, then yes.

If you already had two installations, then you will need to contact Customer Care to explain the situation, and they can reset your activations: support
