Unable to Login to Adobe Exchange

Since I upgraded to Photoshop CC 17 a few days ago I have lost the Actions I previously downloaded from Adobe Exchange, I am now unable to access Exchange despite my user name and password being correct as I can login to my Adobe Account and this forum, any  thoughts please.

OK, so you have the Application Manager open and you are signed in?

And you a using Photoshop ​Window > Browse Extensions Online ?
