Watermark - Section can not use anymore?

The watermark section will no let me click to use?

Not sure what happened and can figure out how to get it unlock.

I was able to use it yesterday evening, shut my computer down for the night, now this morning it wont work??  lol

Anyone know what to do?

Make sure File Format is not set to Original.

It's in the Export dialog box under File Settings. It says "Image Format" and not "file Format" like I said above.
