Yes. The only issue may be fonts. You may have to substitute for Windows
versions of the fonts.

Do I have to save the Mac-file in a different way, or does WindowsFH open it anyhow ?
FreeHand files are cross-platform, which means that the same files can be
opened by both platforms.

Windows version recognizes the version by the file name extension. FHMX (v.11) file for example is .fh11.
Usually this works fine - just a few days ago I opend Mac FHMX files in PC.
Note that Windows version may have problems in printing (linked) mac binary eps files.
