Blue and red squares around art

Hi Everyone.

Somehow, whenever I open a PDF in Acrobat, I now get these red and blue squares around my art (see attached). I know they have to do with crop/bleed, but I do not need to see them on my PDF preview. I have looked everywhere I can think off to turn them off, but no luck. Any idea how I turned them on, and how I can turn them OFF? Thanks in advance.
