Acrobat XI Standard Randomly Crashing?

Good Afternoon,

I have multiple users on Acrobat XI, but only one of them is experiencing an issue where Acrobat just randomly crashes (it gives the Windows message saying that it has stopped working and only supplies the option to close program).

Steps I've taken:

1. Repair

2. Uninstall and reinstall

3. Uninstall, deleted program files directories and oobe files and reinstalled.

None of the above has helped. Has anyone else seen this?

What exact version number of Acrobat Standard is it?

What's the OS version?

It is just the generic windows message saying that it stopped and the only option is close program.

It is 11.0.20 and OS is Windows 10 anniversary.

I have the same issue.  It will crash when I have multiple documents open and they are not saved.  I am working from the same OS and acrobat version.
