I am using latest version of LR, Win 10.
I did a reinstallation after running Creative Cloud cleaner tool but it did not solve the problem.

Please reset Lightroom preferences to default. Refer this article Resetting Preferences in Lightroom CC/6 for instructions.
Let us know if that helps.

I am not sure yet but I think that Windows Creator caused the problem. Now I am back on Win 10 and proceding step by step with updates, making backup and checking at every step Lightroom integrity.
Is there any issue reported with Windows Creator vs Adobe software?
Thanks
