I want to cancel my membership before the renewal. But there's no way to cancel it directly in my account. Please indicate how to cancel it, for real. And please, do not send again your links like you did along this discussion, like a robot.

Since you have mentioned that you are unable to self-cancel the membership from your account, you will need to Contact Customer Care for the cancellation request.
