Y a t-il des problèmes de comptabilité lorsque l'on passe un document Indesign de mac à PC ?
Et de PC à mac ?

Ou est-ce que le document reste parfaitement le même ?

There should be no problems. Obviously you need the same versions ofInDesign, and best to use Open-Type fonts.
