default transition not properly applied?

Hi all,

The other day I trimmed a number of clips and I wanted to apply the default transisition on them.

After this, I noticed that most transitions where applied properly, but not all ot them.

Some ot them where shifted to the left or right clip, some of them where 1 or 2 seconds less than the default transition.

What's going wrong here?

It depends on the media in your movie and, if they are video clips, which clips are trimmed and which are not trimmed at all.

And, of course, which version of the program you're using and how you applied your transition.

Ok, but this never was a problem in Premiere Pro?

It never changed and Premiere Pro requires handles just as Premiere Elements does.

As Steve said using different words: You may not have enough handles on some of the transitions.
