PS CC was updated to 2017.1.1.  Now, I can't view an image when I am in PS unless I pull the tab out by itself.  I use the navigator window select what area I want to retouch, but the image oddly is out of frame to the left when I have it open in PS.   I am not sure how to explain it, so I created a screen recording of what has happened and provided the link.  https://www.dropbox.com/s/18h05uy9u736lxy/PS%20CC%20Navigating%20Image.mov?dl=0

Thank you in advance for your help.

Interesting problem. Two things to try right off. First, turn off GPU acceleration and restart Photoshop. (Edit > Preferences > Performance). If this fixes the problem, there is some conflict or bug in your grapics drivers. Update your graphics drivers from  manufacturer's website. (Mac, not Win) Make sure all system updates are applied. Enable GPU acceleration in PS again and restart. If that fails, you could try a preference reset.

Mac: Press and hold Cmd+Opt+Shift then start Photoshop. A box will appear, asking if you want to continue with the reset, select "yes."

That did the trick!  Thank you VERY much.  Any suggestions on how to find the bug or conflict between Ps and my graphics processor?  Never had a problem with previous Ps iterations.

I'm not a Mac guy, unfortunately. With Windows you can simply install a new driver or roll back to a previous driver which worked. Problem with Mac is you get the GPU updates with the system update for the most part. You could post a bug report at feedback.photoshop.com with all the info found under Help > System Info. Adobe's pretty good about   getting the GPU manufacturers the info they need to resolve driver bugs.
