Dear all,
My PDF embeds code that I absolutely want to protect against any unauthorized access.
Requirement :
Permission password or certificate required (restrict editing)
Full (or very high) resistance against password remover tools
Allow any user to open the file and to use it without having to enter a password (on any pc)
What would be the best solution ?
Thank you in advance for your advice.
There is no realistic way to genuinely protect embedded code. Give up And consider a different way. (A) Encryption codes, secret URLs etc. Typically, sensitive functions are done server-end. (B) IP protection. Accept it can be stolen, that's part of your business conditions.
