Lightroom Server busy

Hey everyone. I'm not sure if my problem is computer related, or lightroom related, but anytime my memory card is physically in my computer, lightroom freezes up...literally stops responding and won't let me do anything. If I have lightroom closed and decide to open it while my memory card is in, it says the server is busy and will not let me open...haven't been able to import/upload photos for a couple weeks now and it's making me crazy. Any feedback is greatly appreciated, as I have never delt with this before

I tried all of the suggestions on that page, and still have the problem; am unable to use Lightroom.  Please help!
