"Invalid goal_metric, opt_metric combination" - TubeMogul API returning error when updating placement.

Hi

We are seeing this error for a handful of calls to the TubeMogul API on behalf of our users.

We are attempting to activate a placement, when TubeMogul API returns a 400 Bad Request.

I believe this indicates that the placement is misconfigured in TubeMogul, however I'm unsure.

Could anyone shed some light on this?

Hi Joe,

As per me it’s a UI bug and not any Invalid Goal metric on a placement level.

If anything is incorrect on the placement level, then the placement would not be saved and the UI will redirect you to the invalid checkbox within the placement rather than showing this error.
