Unless I am misreading the translation - the question is about the Canon 7D MkII. This just needs ACR version 8.7 or later and should therefore be supported in ACR 9.1.1. which is compatible with CS6 and can be downloaded here:

Adobe is no longer updating CS6 software but you will be able to use the free DNG converter to batch convert cr2 files into DNG which will then work in CS6. However your camera is very new and you will need to wait for Adobe to update the DNG converter application. In the meantime, if you can’t wait, you could use the Canon DPP software on your EOS disk to edit/convert CR2 to tiff and then use the tiff files in CS6

You are right Dave. It is the 6D MkII that has just been released.
