My LR stopped to work this morning.
The develop function is disabled.
I tried to enter the license #, but it didn't work.
I also retarted my computer without success.
I have a laptop with Window 10.
The Chat has 40 minutes wait...
What can I do?

tell us the version NUMBER of your Lightroom. Go to Help->System Info
Tell us the exact wording of any message you get indicating that the Develop module is disabled.
