Weird Error code with puppet, any ideas?

Getting the following error code with one of my puppets:

Could not open the file '/Volumes/V01/nerdist/Nerdist Presents/ToyShelf/1-Project/Ch/Toy Shelf_Ep04/Toy Shelf_Ep04/Ch Data/temp.noindex/WarpCache/743d87c8-7cb0-9b53-75c4-995600000190'.

Error code: (Container.js:293)

Error code: (engine.js:1228)

Error code: (bootstrap.js:3)

How can I fix this?

This could be caused by a conflict with anti-virus software. You should be able to fix it (at least temporarily) by either quitting Ch and then deleting that "temp.noindex" folder referenced in the file path above, or just option-click the Refresh button at the bottom of the scene panel (which does the same thing, but could run into the same error).

Great, I ended up just deleting the puppet and re-rigging a new version as I hadn't animated with it yet. Thank you for the advice though and I will definitely try that if it happens again.
