Photoshop CC 2017 has stopped loading images

When I execute Photoshop or select "Edit" in LR, PS loads but displays a black screen.  I've tried:

- Using "Shift+PS" to stop 3rd party apps from loading

- Uninstalling and then reinstalling

- Resetting my preferences

- Downloading the latest video drivers (Nvidia 1060 6gb)

Everything was working fine last week and now it won't load.  I have no idea what to do...

Try rolling back the video driver instead of updating.
