Hi there,

I'm hoping this is just a simple thing that we have missed, but a client tells me that the interactive form we have supplied is miss-behaving in many ways.

The biggest problem is that radio button selections are not saving.

We have 3 sets of these (on three different pages) and only one set holds when she selects.

She is also telling us that the fonts render at different type sizes, plus multi-line is not working (the ability to return to a new line within one field) .

When tested on my iMac it all works fine, it should be noted.

She is on a MacBook Air

Any radio button sages out there?

Melissa

Ask her what application she's using to open the files with. If it's Apple

Preview you've found your culprit. It's a buggy application that corrupts

PDF forms in various ways, just by opening them. If that's the case tell

her to delete the files she has, download them again, and make sure to only

open them using Adobe Reader.
