Help, Why is everything all rough.

The left is what i see on photoshop

The right is after i save the file as a PNG.

Why is it so pixlated and rough? Can someone help smooth the lines out so it dosent look like that?

I have tried resetting all settings on photoshop. But it didn't do much.

Thank you for the help.

-Some dude that really needs to fix this stupid problem

The bumpy strokes on the left are due to brush spacing.  Set it to 10% or lower and you'll get nice smooth strokes.

Top stroke is with brush set to 10%, and bottom stroke to 76%
