Photoshop acting odd

Currently using the latest version of PSCC.

Here are some of the things PSCC is doing:

1. when im in navigator mode, the page down button won't move the red box on navigator? It's intermittent.

2. Delay in saving image. % stays at 0 and then changes to complete.

3. image goes away leaving the checkered background layer.

Never had these issues.

plenty of hard drive space

SSD- HD and 32g ram

is there a way to reistall PSCC without loosing my plugins?

Moving to Photoshop General Discussion​

Try resetting your PS preferences.

Hold down Alt, Ctrl, and Shift keys (Mac: Command, Option, Shift) while starting up Photoshop. A dialog box will appear asking if you wish to delete the preferences/settings file.

The easiest way to reset your preferences is in Photoshop Preferences under the General tab.
