Marhaba Mahmoud,
I've never tested .mobi format before since InDesign doesn't export to this particular format. However after a short research on the net I found this discussion that suggests you convert your file to AZW3 format.
You may also need to get in touch with Amazon I guess not Adobe for .mobi support, but please type your findings back here for us to know how to solve such issue.

Well, on the page I shared with you earlier, the original poster says converting their file to AZW3 as suggested worked for them and they're able to read Arabic on Kindle.

The normal way of converting ePub to mobi is to use the free Kindle Previewer. Not sure about non-Roman alphabets though.

Which font did you apply to text? Did you apply also a paragraph style?
In .ePub Fluid layout is very important to apply paragraph style to all text in the ebook before converting in another format.
We have no experience with non-Roman alphabets, but applying paragraph style is fundamental to keep text consistency.

Can you please elaborate on who's "we" ? Are you a solution provider?
Original poster faces text flipping, it is a known issue with many applications or platforms that doesn't support Right-to-Left scripts such as in this case. Though I'm not 100% sure, however I don't see the problem is related to paragraph styles.

"We", I mean me and my collegue.....I could also say "I", i have a network of freelance who works together to help each other with their skills (http://www.studio361.it) so it's natural for me to say "We" because we work in team. I apologize for misanderstanding. 😞 We are mainly digital trainers.

Hi Michelad, I hope my question wasn't felt as rude one, I genuinely thought of you as a solution provider for tablet/mobile publishing.
We're yet to hear back from OP on his tests.

Don't worry Zaid Al Hilali, You're right to check unknown people. 😉

Michelad is right, if you're trying to do a reflowable epub, you could get inconsistent results if you don't apply paragraph styles. It's a reasonable question.
Amazon recommends people use the free Kindle Previewer app to convert epub's to .mobi or .azw, as Derek said earlier in this thread. Calibre is not recommended for that.
You can download the latest (stable beta) v of Kindle Previewer here:
According to this 1.5 year-old thread on the Kindle community forum, Kindle Previewer converts RtoL/Arabic text fine, but they're not supported on the Kindle store, for some reason. That may have changed since.

I'm very much delighted of your answer AnneMarie. I downloaded Kindle Previewer on Mac, went back to InDesign, created a short Arabic Paragraph on a single page, then exported it as EPUB, opened it in Kindle Previewer, it did the conversion internally, and showed Arabic perfectly.
Now above is certainly not an ideal test, but at least it shows Arabic is displayed as expected after Amazon conversion.

Oh my god !! AnneMarie is here
Thank you for replying, I appreciate that,
you are completely right, we have use styles through the files, but this problem appeared although my file is free of override
anyway to solve this issue i used Calibre to convert my EBUP file to EPUB file, i know its crazy but this it works
then I used KindleGen to convert it to mobi
and everything is ok now
