How do I load my photos library from my Mac.
Google tells me to open the In Lightroom, choose File > Plug-In Extras.
this does not exist in the light room I have, can someone tell me how I would import my "Photos Library" on my mac

Google is wrong- Plug-ins only exists for the 'old' iPhoto App or users of Aperture. There is no plug-in for the newer Mac 'Photos' App.
