Lightroom version: CC 2015 [1014445]
Win 10 Surface Pro 4
LR Will not sync with the mobile version. When I click the drop down on the left "Getting Started with LR Mobile" and click sign in, nothing happens. If I look under EDIT - PREFERENCES - and the Mobile Tab - it also shows that I am not logged in.
However the red Creative Cloud app shows that I am logged in. If I look under HELP in Lightroom, it also shows that I am logged in.
I have uninstalled Lightroom, including all preferences and reinstalled it but this has not resolved the issue.
Can anyone help me with this?
Thanks!
Denise

I have also tried logging out of the desktop app and logging out of my account on Adobe.com. Restarted my machine and logged in again. But Lightroom continues to show that I am not logged in for the mobile site.
In addition, the mobile site shows me as logged in.
Thanks again.

You are running the Original Release of LR CC 2015. You need to update it to the .10.1 update. If you can't do that from the CC DTA then manually download and install that update from here.

Thank you for your help, however, this did not solve the problem. I uninstalled the creative cloud version, made sure the LR folder was gone from the c Drive, rebooted and installed ver. 6 from the link you provided. However, I am still seeing ver 5, I think. Help shows this - however also note - the Operating system is incorrect, this machine is running WIn 10.
also - this is a brand new machine, just installed Creative Cloud 4 days ago for the first time. Don't know why I am getting an outdated version of LR.

Any other thoughts?
Thanks again.

Are you a Subscriber to the Creative Cloud Photography plan subscription that give you both Photoshop and LR?
Have you installed the Creative Cloud Desktop App?
Open LR and go to Help then System info and post what that says.

Do you have Lr CC installed on other computers?

Yes, I have a subscription to the full Creative Cloud - all apps
Yes, it is installed on another computer
Yes, I have installed the desktop app.
I have also installed Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, without issue (so far!), on this new machine. They too, are installed on my second machine.
This is what is says under system - but again, I have installed version 6 - here is a screenshot of the executable file I used.
Thank you again!

In your sys info it says you are running Win 8.1 but in a previous post you said you are sunning Win 10.
That may be part of the problem.
I did a Google search on why this happens and came up with nothing so far.

Yup. That seems odd to me too.
Found this, but no answer so far.
