I have exported my book file to Epub but it has clipped both sides and bottom of the pages for all the files as shown below.   The file size is 203 x 203mm.  The clipped file size is about 198 x 198mm which means some text is being cut off and the page numbers appear on edge of page.  I have exported another book with a file size of 185 x 185mm with no problems.  I would appreciate suggestions how to rectify this problem of clipping of the pages.   Screen Shot 2017-07-10 at 1.00.27 pm.png

What version of InDesign? What EPUB reader? What operating system?

I don't think I've ever seen a Fixed Layout EPUB get clipped. I'd start with some basic troubleshooting.

Start by restoring your InDesign preferences:

Trash, Replace, Reset, or Restore the application Preferences

Another possibility is that the InDesign file has become corrupt:

Clean corrupt files by exporting to .IDML or .INX
